WE ARE BOOKED FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE for custom cookie orders! We typically need two weeks notice, but with summer vacation plans and employees out with children on summer break, this month filled up very quickly.
This form is the first step to your cookie order and is not the final confirmation for your order (you will receive an email from us within 3 business days of your placing the order to finalize details and payment information). Be as detailed as possible in the space marked "Order Details" below!
We cannot guarantee an exact color match, but we will do our best to get as close as possible to the colors you have specified!
We can only give a 50% refund for any order that is cancelled 1 week or more in advance. We will not be able to give any refunds on orders cancelled in less than a week from the pick-up or ship date.
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Packages typically arrive 2-4 days from shipped date, therefore it is very important that you indicate the date you would like the cookies to be shipped.
To ensure freshness and safety of the cookies in transit, all shipped cookies will be individually wrapped.
Once the cookies leave Southern Sugar Bakery, we cannot be held responsible for broken cookies, lost packages, or undeliverable packages due to wrong addresses given to us. Shipped packages are insured through USPS for $50.00, but customer can increase coverage amount for an additional fee.
Once your order has been paid for, we will not be able to make any changes.
